Comprehensive Legal Disclaimers

1. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Disclaimer
SevenTwelvez heavily utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms throughout our operational pipeline. This includes, but is not limited to, the generation of creative briefs, scriptwriting assistance, producer routing, and our 12-point automated Quality Control (QC) engine.
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-Generated Content: Any text, scripts, or storyboards generated by our AI tools are provided "as-is". While designed to maximize conversion rates, they do not guarantee specific outcomes and should be reviewed by the Buyer for brand compliance before final approval.
- QC Limitations: Our AI QC engine evaluates technical parameters (aspect ratio, duration, audio levels, object detection). It does not assess subjective artistic merit. Human review acts as a secondary fail-safe, but the AI remains the primary gatekeeper for payouts.
- Continuous Learning: Our models learn from aggregate, anonymized platform data to improve routing efficiency and QC accuracy.
2. Independent Contractor Status
Creators and Affiliates utilizing the SevenTwelvez platform are expressly classified as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of SevenTwelvez.
- Creators retain full discretion over when, where, and how they produce content to meet a Buyer's specifications.
- SevenTwelvez does not withhold taxes, provide benefits, or offer workers' compensation. Creators and Affiliates are solely responsible for their own local, state, and federal tax liabilities based on their generated income.
- We provide the platform infrastructure, escrow, and routing mechanics, but we do not direct the day-to-day operations of any Creator.
3. Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Disclaimer
SevenTwelvez operates strictly as a Performance Creative OS. We facilitate transactions, host data, automate workflows, and enforce platform rules.
We are not an advertising agency. We do not manage ad spend on third-party networks (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) on behalf of Buyers. Our "One-Click Ad Launch" feature utilizes authorized APIs to push creative assets to your connected accounts, but all campaign management, bidding strategies, and financial liabilities incurred on those ad networks remain entirely the responsibility of the Buyer.
4. Stripe Connect Disclaimer
Payment processing services for Buyers, and payout services for Creators and Affiliates on SevenTwelvez are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement").
By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a Creator or Affiliate on SevenTwelvez, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of SevenTwelvez enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide SevenTwelvez accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize SevenTwelvez to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
