2. Requesting Early Deletion
Users have the right to request the early deletion or anonymization of their account data. You can initiate this securely through your platform dashboard tools, or by emailing privacy@zolvaritech.com.
Please note that certain financial and order-related data must be retained for up to 7 years to fulfill strict regulatory and tax obligations, even if an account is fully deleted. In these cases, the retained data is fully anonymized where applicable.
