Fraud & Phishing Protection
Last Updated: May 15, 2026
Protecting your account and data is a shared responsibility. Learn how to identify and report threats.
1. Official Channels
All official communication from SevenTwelvez will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @zolvaritech.com. The only domain used for our platform is zolvaritech.com. If you receive an email claiming to be from us using a different domain, it is fraudulent.
2. What We Will Never Ask
For your security, SevenTwelvez personnel and our automated systems will never ask you for:
- Your account passwords or multi-factor authentication codes.
- Your full credit card numbers or banking details outside of our secure Stripe integration.
- Ad platform tokens or API keys sent via email or direct messages.
- Wire transfers or external cryptocurrency payments.
3. How to Verify
Always verify the authenticity of the page you are on. Check your browser's URL bar to ensure you are on exactly zolvaritech.com. Look for the HTTPS padlock icon indicating a secure connection. Never click on suspicious links sent through unverified social media channels or SMS text messages claiming to represent our platform.
4. Common Scam Patterns
Be vigilant against the following common industry scams:
- Fake Emails: Messages creating false urgency about account suspensions or failed payments.
- Impersonation: Social media accounts pretending to be SevenTwelvez support agents or executives.
- Fake Job Offers: Recruiters asking for upfront fees or personal identification documents outside of our official careers portal.
5. How to Report
If you suspect you have been targeted by a phishing attempt or have discovered fraudulent activity related to the platform, immediately forward the details to security@zolvaritech.com. Do not engage further with the suspicious party.
Upon receiving a report, our dedicated security team will investigate the vector, take swift action to isolate identified threats, and coordinate with appropriate authorities or infrastructure partners to dismantle malicious operations.
