Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and plan modifications are handled for SevenTwelvez services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

SevenTwelvez sells Infrastructure, not Art. We guarantee the execution of the Sentinel Protocol and the delivery of Creative Cortex outputs based on your provided Brand DNA. Because the machine begins processing and optimizing spend immediately, all deployments are final. If the outputs do not align with your vision, use the Vibe Toggles to recalibrate and regenerate instantly.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Subscription Plans: All standard subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Performance, Infrastructure) are completely non-refundable.
  • Annual Plans: Annual commitments are non-refundable once the plan has been activated.
  • Enterprise Custom Plans: Enterprise Custom agreements are governed strictly by the terms laid out in your custom contract.
  • White Label Setup Fees: Any initial setup or implementation fees for White Label solutions are non-refundable once provisioning has begun.

2. Sandbox Access Refunds

Refunds for Sandbox access are granted only in the case of verified technical access failures.

  • The issue must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of your initial access attempt.
  • The technical failure must be independently verified and confirmed by our engineering team.

A 'verified technical failure' is defined strictly as a confirmed platform malfunction independently verified by SevenTwelvez engineering. This includes: (a) documented system downtime that prevented campaign execution during your sandbox period, (b) data loss caused by a verified platform bug, or (c) incorrect billing due to a platform calculation error. User error, dissatisfaction with campaign results, failure to configure integrations correctly, or inability to achieve desired performance metrics does not constitute a technical failure.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prevent future renewals but do not qualify you for a refund of past or current billing cycles. When you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Starter/Growth/Performance Monthly Plans: Require at least 7 days' notice prior to your next renewal date. No prorated refunds are offered for mid-month cancellations.
  • Annual Plans: Require at least 30 days' notice prior to your annual renewal date. No mid-term refunds are provided.
  • Infrastructure & Enterprise Custom Plans: Require 90 days' written notice before the renewal date. Enterprise Custom early termination incurs a fee equal to 25% of the remaining contract value.
  • White Label Agreements: Early termination incurs a fee equal to 40% of the remaining contract obligation.

4. Overage Charges

Any overage charges incurred are strictly non-refundable. Usage that exceeds your plan's allocated limits is automatically billed at your plan's designated overage rate (e.g., $99/execution for Starter, $89/execution for Growth, $69/execution for Performance).

5. Downgrade Policy

You may choose to downgrade your plan at any time. However, the following rules apply:

  • Downgrades will only take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for the price difference between your current and downgraded plan.
  • If your current usage exceeds the limits of your new downgraded plan, you must reduce your usage accordingly or purchase the necessary overage packs before the downgrade takes effect.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any billing disputes must be raised with our team within 30 days of the charge in question. To initiate a dispute, please contact billing@zolvaritech.com with your account details and a clear explanation of the issue.
