Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

At SevenTwelvez, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, ad-ready performance creative content. Because our process relies heavily on automated quality control and vetted professional micro-producers, we confidently back our service with a robust Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. The 7-Day Acceptance Window

Upon the delivery of your final creative assets (after they have passed our automated and human QC checks), you will enter a strict 7-Day Acceptance Window. During this period, you must review the deliverables against the original specifications and creative brief you provided.

2. Eligible Reasons for a Refund

You are entitled to a full or partial refund (funded via our Protection Reserve) if one of the following conditions is met:

  • Failure to Deliver: The assigned Creator fails to deliver the content by the agreed deadline, and our fallback routing (backup producers or studio fallback) also fails to fulfill the order within a reasonable extension.
  • Specification Mismatch: The final product materially deviates from the agreed-upon brief (e.g., incorrect format, missing mandatory hooks, incorrect aspect ratio) AND the Creator fails to resolve the issue after the permitted revision cycle.
  • Quality Failure: The video contains technical flaws (e.g., severe audio clipping, low resolution not matching the spec) that bypass our QC engine and cannot be rectified.

3. The Revision Process

Before a refund is issued, Buyers must utilize the revision process. If the content does not meet the brief, you must request a revision within the 7-Day Acceptance Window. Our system will automatically route the request back to the Creator or to a backup producer. A refund is only processed if the revision loop is exhausted without achieving the specified result.

4. Exclusions (When Refunds Are Not Granted)

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If the delivered content accurately follows your creative brief, but you simply do not like it or have changed your marketing strategy.
  • Vague Briefs: If your initial brief lacked specific instructions (e.g., specific hook phrasing, specific lighting requirements) and the Creator delivered reasonable content based on standard practices.
  • Expired Acceptance Window: If you fail to raise a dispute or request a revision within 7 days of delivery, the order is automatically marked as Accepted and final payouts are released to the Creator. No refunds can be issued after this point.
  • Performance: We guarantee the delivery of high-quality assets matching your spec; we do not guarantee specific ad performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR) once you launch the campaigns.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must open a Dispute from your Buyer Dashboard attached to the specific order. You will be required to provide clear reasons and evidence (such as pointing out exactly where the video fails the brief). Our Dispute Management team will review the case within 48 hours.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Stripe) or issued as Buyer Credits to your account, based on your preference. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

7. Contact
