Ledger Authority
Zolvari Technologies, LLC maintains the canonical ledger for attribution, lineage, and derivative relationships.

Automated Settlement
Royalty distributions are automated and final.

Derivative Rights
By uploading content, you grant authorized users the right to create derivatives under system‑defined rules.

Royalty Splits
Default splits:

• Parent Creator: 20%
• Derivative Creator: 70%
• Platform Fee: 10%

Enforcement
Attempts to bypass lineage or royalty routing result in suspension or arbitration penalties.
