Think of this page as the operating system for our relationship: transparent rules that protect both you and the ecosystem you’re entering through SevenTwelvez and the Z‑Layer infrastructure.

Legal Terms (Zolvari Technologies, LLC)

Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to be bound by this Master Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) with Zolvari Technologies, LLC. This Agreement incorporates the Creative Reuse & Derivative Protocol, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy & DPA, and DMCA Policy.

Binding Arbitration
All disputes are resolved exclusively through private binding arbitration administered by the AAA. You waive jury trials and class actions.

Limitation of Liability
The total liability of Zolvari Technologies, LLC is capped at the total fees you paid in the last six (6) months, or $1,000 USD, whichever is less.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend Zolvari Technologies, LLC against claims arising from content you upload or rights you misrepresent.

Governing Rules
This Agreement incorporates all policies in the Trust & Legal Center.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of platform rules.
