Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SevenTwelvez platform and services. By using our platform as a Buyer, Creator, or Affiliate, you agree to comply with this policy. SevenTwelvez reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP without notice.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use SevenTwelvez to request, create, upload, or distribute any content that falls into the following categories:

  • Illegal Activity: Content promoting, demonstrating, or facilitating illegal acts, including but not limited to drug use, weapon manufacturing, or terrorism.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
  • Adult Content: Sexually explicit content, pornography, or excessively suggestive material. The platform is designed for professional marketing content only.
  • Deceptive Practices & Scams: Content designed to mislead consumers, including "get rich quick" schemes, fake medical cures, deepfakes designed to deceive, or fraudulent investment advice.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Utilizing copyrighted music, trademarked logos, or protected intellectual property without explicit authorization or licensing.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must ensure that the products or services they are requesting content for are legally permitted to be advertised in their target jurisdictions. Buyers must not:

  • Request Creators to make objectively false claims about a product's capabilities.
  • Request Creators to perform dangerous stunts or actions that risk their physical safety.
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform to pay Creators directly or solicit off-platform work.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators act as professional independent contractors. Creators must:

  • Ensure they have the legal right to feature any locations, background individuals, or props in their submitted videos.
  • Maintain professional communication within the platform's messaging systems.
  • Not embed unauthorized affiliate links, personal watermarks, or hidden tracking codes in delivered assets.

4. Platform Abuse & Automation

Users may not engage in activities that compromise the integrity or security of the SevenTwelvez platform. This includes:

  • Using unauthorized bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform.
  • Attempting to manipulate the AI QC engine through adversarial techniques.
  • Submitting fraudulent affiliate conversion postbacks or manipulating tracking cookies to earn unearned CPA commissions.
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass suspensions or artificially boost creator ratings.

5. Enforcement & Reporting

We employ a combination of automated AI screening and human moderation to enforce this AUP. If we determine that a user has violated this policy, we may take action including but not limited to:

  • Rejecting specific orders or deliverables.
  • Issuing a formal warning.
  • Temporarily suspending account access.
  • Permanently terminating the account and withholding any pending non-refunded payouts associated with fraudulent activity.
