Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
This policy is operated and enforced by Zolvari Technologies, LLC ("Zolvari").
1. Purpose
A creative ecosystem only works when everyone plays by the same rules. This Acceptable Use Policy governs all use of the SevenTwelvez platform, outlining the boundaries that keep the platform safe, fair, and functional for all creators, buyers, and affiliates. It is not about restriction — it is about protecting the integrity of the space you are building in.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, create, distribute, or promote content that:
- Infringing or Stolen Content: Violates the intellectual property rights of others, including unverified usage of copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary assets.
- Illegal Material: Promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to the sale of illegal goods, human trafficking, or terrorism.
- Hateful or Discriminatory Content: Incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Explicit or Pornographic Material: Contains sexually explicit content, pornography, or non-consensual sexual imagery.
- Deceptive or Misleading Claims: Makes false, deceptive, or misleading claims, including "get-rich-quick" schemes, fake testimonials, or unsubstantiated guarantees.
- Health and Medical Claims: Promotes medical advice, cures, or health products without robust, verifiable clinical evidence and regulatory compliance.
- Weapons and Drugs: Promotes the sale or use of firearms, explosives, ammunition, illicit drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
- Content Targeting Minors: Inappropriately targets minors or exploits children in any manner.

- Interfering with Operations: Disruption of platform servers, networks, or the automated QC engines, including denial-of-service attacks.

- Manipulating Metrics: Artificial inflation of views, engagement, reputation scores, or Creator Credit Bureau ratings.
- Impersonation: Falsely claiming affiliation with or impersonating any person, brand, or entity.
- Circumvention: Violating the non-circumvention clause by taking transactions off-platform with users introduced via SevenTwelvez.
- Sharing Credentials: Distributing your account access, API keys, or platform privileges to unauthorized third parties.
- Unauthorized Automation: Using bots, macros, or automated scripts outside of approved APIs.
4. Platform Abuse
The following actions represent severe abuse of the economic loop and will result in immediate consequences:
- Fraudulent Orders: Submitting orders with stolen payment methods or without intent to finalize delivery.
- False Disputes: Filing baseless disputes or chargebacks to illegitimately reclaim funds after successful delivery.
- Gaming the System: Exploiting platform tier limits, subscription mechanics, or routing logic for undue advantage.
- Self-Purchasing: Buying your own creative services through secondary accounts to inflate scores or metrics.
- Manipulating Conversions: Faking affiliate conversions, utilizing click farms, or spoofing server-side postbacks.
- Undisclosed AI Content: Submitting AI-generated or heavily synthetically modified content as 100% human-created without explicit disclosure in the creative brief.
5. Ad Platform Compliance
All creatives launched, routed, or funded through the platform must comply with the destination network's policies:
- Network Standards: Must strictly adhere to Meta, TikTok, Google, and other supported network advertising policies.
- Banned Verticals: Certain verticals are restricted during the pilot and early scale phases, including Health, Finance, Alcohol, Gambling, and Political advertising.
- Proper Disclosure: Creators must include necessary disclosures (e.g., #ad, #sponsored) where mandated by law or platform policy.
6. Enforcement & Creator Strikes
Zolvari Technologies, LLC reserves the right to enforce this policy rigorously to protect the ecosystem.
- Strike 1 (Warning): Formal notice, temporary removal of offending content, and requirement to acknowledge policy.
- Strike 2 (Pause): Temporary suspension of account privileges, holding of non-cleared funds, and a 14-day timeout from the routing queue.
- Strike 3 (Removal): Permanent termination of the account and forfeiture of the Creator Passport.
Note: Severe violations, including fraud, IP theft, or circumvention, will result in immediate termination, a permanent Passport freeze, and potential legal action without progressing through the strike system.
