Clear margins — plus a performance bonus from our cut
Most platforms hide their take rate. We don't. On your first $5,000 in earnings, you keep 70% as an onboarding rate while you build your track record. After that, you keep 80–85% of every order depending on the brand's tier (we take 15–20%).
Then we add a bonus on top. If the brand's ads using your creative exceed a 2.0 ROAS, we pay you an additional 3% of the total order value. If ROAS exceeds 3.0, that bonus rises to 5%. This comes strictly from our platform margin — never your share or the brand. The brand pays one fixed price. You get your full share regardless of ad performance. And when your work performs, we reward you from our own cut.
A credit grade tied to your creative output
CreatorCreditBureau assigns AAA through D grades based on 8 performance metrics. No UGC platform gives creators a financial identity. The closest is Stripe payouts — which is just moving money, not scoring it. A creator's grade here is portable proof of their commercial track record that they can take into brand negotiations. Nobody else has built this.
Earn advance access as you build your track record
Once you reach Silver tier (by consistently completing orders and maintaining high quality scores), you unlock the ability to draw up to 80% of your earned share while the order is still in QC — before the buyer even accepts. You work your way up from Bronze to Silver, Gold, and Platinum. For reliable freelancers managing cash flow, this is a genuine financial unlock that no other platform offers to proven creators.
A living performance genome that follows you
Creative Cortex extracts 20+ genome traits from their work. Those traits compound over time. A creator's genome becomes the reason they get matched — not follower count, not niche tags. The longer they're on the platform, the more accurate their genome, the more precisely they match to briefs they'll win. No other platform builds a compounding creative identity. Most just use filters.

Your rate goes up every time you level up
Our 4-tier system (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) is based entirely on your QC scores and completion rates. We recalculate tiers daily. Higher tiers unlock automatic payout bonuses: Silver earns +5%, Gold earns +10%, and Platinum earns +15% on top of your base rate. You also get priority routing (more orders come to you first) and featured profile visibility. The longer you stay and the better you perform, the more you earn per order.
Repeat clients mean compounding income
When brands keep coming back to you, the platform rewards that loyalty. Creators with 5+ repeat clients earn an additional 3% revenue share bonus. Hit 10+ repeats, get 5%. Hit 20+ repeats, get 8%.
