The base subscription covers platform access and infrastructure. The production take rate and ad management fee are variable — they only apply when the system is actively working on your behalf. When a creator order is placed, we take a percentage. When we manage your ad spend, we take a percentage of that spend. When nothing is running, the variable fees are zero.
This is structurally different from an agency retainer. An agency charges the same amount whether your ROAS is 4.0 or 0.4. Our variable fees increase when you spend more through the system, which only makes sense to do when the system is performing. We are financially aligned with your results in a way a retainer model structurally cannot be.
