How the Pilot Works

Everything you need to know about the 30-day pilot program. Plain English. No jargon.

1. What is the Pilot?

30 days of the full autonomous system running on your real campaigns. No payment. No contract. No retainer. No credit card required. If the numbers improve, you have proof. If they don't, you owe nothing.

2. Who is it for?

Any brand running paid ads. Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, or any other platform. No minimum spend. No minimum team size. You just need data to import.

3. How to get started

Step 1

Create an account and sign the pilot agreement

A simple 2-minute read that explains exactly what you're signing up for.

Step 2

Import your data

Export a CSV from whatever ad platform you use (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify — anything), upload it, and the system reads it automatically. You can also connect Shopify directly if you use it.

Step 3

Set your guardrails

Set a ROAS floor (the system kills anything below it), a daily budget cap (a hard lock that cannot be overspent), and a human approval threshold (anything above this amount requires your explicit OK).

Step 4

System activates

The platform immediately begins processing and mapping the initial strategy.

4. What happens during the 30 days?

  • Week 1: Baseline learning — the system analyzes your existing campaigns, creative patterns, and performance data.
  • Week 2: First optimizations — underperformers get killed, winners get scaled, and new variations get created.
  • Week 3-4: Full autonomous operation — new creative production, budget reallocation, and reinvestment cycles running every 30 minutes.
  • Day 30: Results review — a clear side by side comparison of before vs. after.

5. How your budget is protected

  • Hard budget locks written into the code — the database physically rejects overspend.
  • Human approval required for any action above your defined threshold.
  • Three-layer decision system: AI proposes → rules validate → engine executes (the AI that proposes never touches the engine that executes).
  • Auto-kill on underperformance — any campaign falling below your ROAS floor gets stopped automatically.
  • Maximum 3 automated override decisions per day.

6. Data import — bring your data from anywhere

The system needs your ad performance data to make intelligent decisions. You can import from:

  • Meta Ads Manager — export your campaign report as CSV
  • Google Ads — download your campaign performance data
  • TikTok Ads Manager — export your ad performance report
  • Amazon Advertising — download your advertising report
  • Shopify — connect directly via our integration or export orders as CSV
  • Any other platform — export whatever data you have as a CSV file

The system auto-detects the source and maps your columns to the right fields. You see a preview before anything is stored.

7. What you see in your dashboard

  • Every decision the system makes, logged with reasoning

8. After the pilot

  • Results improve: Transition to a paid plan at your pace. No auto-conversion. No hidden charges.
  • Results don't improve: You owe nothing. Your data stays available for 12 months.
  • Either party can end the pilot at any time.

9. Implementing the Recommendations

The system tells you what to scale, what to kill, and what to launch. But if you have never opened Ads Manager yourself, or if that is exactly why you hired an agency, here is how to get these recommendations into your ad accounts.

Option A: Do it yourself

The export package has step-by-step instructions. 10-15 minutes per week.

Meta Ads

Step 1

Download the package

Get the generated CSV export package from your dashboard.

Step 2

Open Ads Manager

Navigate to Meta Ads Manager and select the relevant account.

Step 3

Import changes

Click the import button and upload the CSV file.

Step 4

Review and publish

Review the imported changes and click Publish to make them live.

TikTok Ads

Step 1

Download the package

Get the generated CSV export package from your dashboard.

Step 2

Open Ads Manager

Navigate to TikTok Ads Manager.

Step 3

Import changes

Use the bulk import tool to upload your file.

Step 4

Publish

Confirm the adjustments and publish the updates.

Google Ads

Step 1

Download the package

Get the generated CSV export package from your dashboard.

Open Google Ads

Navigate to your Google Ads account.

Step 3

Use Bulk Uploads

Go to Tools and Settings > Bulk actions > Uploads.

Step 4

Apply changes

Upload the file and apply the changes to your campaigns.

Option B: We implement for you

During the pilot, the team handles implementation directly. This is not sharing your password. Every ad platform has a built-in system for granting partner access. You stay in control and can revoke access with one click.

Meta Business Manager

Step 1

Go to Business Settings

Open your Meta Business settings.

Step 2

Click Partners

Navigate to Users > Partners.

Step 3

Add Partner

Click Add and select "Give a partner access to your assets", then paste our Business ID.

Step 4

Assign assets

Select your ad accounts and grant manage access.

TikTok Business Center

Step 1

Go to Business Center

Open your TikTok Business Center.

Step 2

Click Partners

Navigate to the Partners section.

Step 3

Add Partner

Click Add Partner and paste our Partner ID.

Step 4

Assign assets

Select the relevant ad accounts and assign access.

Google Ads

Step 1

Go to Access & Security

Click Tools & Settings > Access and security.

Step 2

Click Managers

Go to the Managers tab.

Step 3

Add Manager

Click the plus button and enter our Manager ID to grant access.

This manual step is temporary. We are obtaining direct API access to Meta, TikTok, and Google. Once approved, the system connects to your ad accounts and implements every recommendation automatically. No human needed. The full autonomous loop closes itself.

Do I need Shopify?
No. You can import data from any ad platform via CSV upload.
Does the system spend my money?
Only within the guardrails you set. Hard budget locks prevent overspend. Anything above your approval threshold requires your explicit OK.
What happens to my data?
Your data is used only to operate the system on your behalf. We don't sell it or share it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
Can I end the pilot early?
Yes, at any time. No penalty. No obligation.
Does my plan auto-convert after 30 days?
No. The pilot ends automatically. No charge unless you explicitly choose to continue.
How is this different from the sandbox?
The sandbox is a simulation with synthetic data so you can see how the system works. The pilot runs on YOUR real data and campaigns.
